Terms of Service

Plain English. No legal maze. Here's what you agree to when you use Coachverge — and what we promise in return.

Last updated: 28 May 2026
Governed by Indian law. Courts in Rajasthan.

Who we are

Coachverge is built and operated by Digidoers India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013. Our website is digidoers.com.

These Terms are mainly for coaches and fitness businesses who create a Coachverge account. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Who can use Coachverge

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country. You must not have a previously terminated Coachverge account.

Coaches who provide health or nutrition advice are solely responsible for holding any licences or professional qualifications required by their local laws.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email us at support@coachverge.com immediately.

Please keep your account details accurate and up to date. Impersonating someone else or creating fake accounts is not allowed.

Plans & billing

Coachverge offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is at coachverge.com/pricing. Plans include a platform fee plus a revenue share on your member subscriptions (which reduces as you upgrade).

  • Free trial — 14 days, full access, no credit card needed.
  • Payment — processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge you on each renewal date.
  • Refunds — subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a significant platform outage caused by us lasts more than 48 hours, contact us for a service credit.
  • Price changes — we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices.
  • Indian Coaches — applicable GST will be added to your invoice.

Cancellation: Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no pro-rated refunds.

Coach responsibilities

As a Coach, you're responsible for everything on your platform:

  • Your content — you must own or have the rights to everything you upload. It must be accurate, legal, and appropriate for your audience.
  • Member safety — include safety warnings in your workout content. Advise members to consult a doctor before starting a programme. Don't provide specific medical advice unless you're a licensed professional.
  • Member data — you control your members' data. You're responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy and complying with applicable data protection laws.
  • Pricing honesty — display your membership prices clearly before checkout. No hidden fees.

Members and end customers

Your members and end customers use your coaching platform under the terms, pricing, policies, and content access rules you provide to them. You are responsible for making those terms clear.

  • Make your membership pricing, refund rules, and access terms clear before checkout.
  • Tell members not to share, resell, or redistribute your protected content unless you allow it.
  • Include suitable health and safety notices for exercise, nutrition, or wellness content.
  • Handle member questions, disputes, and support requests for your own coaching business.

Health notice: Content on Coachverge platforms is for fitness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always seek qualified medical guidance for health concerns.

Content & intellectual property

Your content is yours. When you upload content to Coachverge, you keep full ownership. You grant us a limited licence to host and deliver it to your members — nothing more. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Our platform is ours. The Coachverge software, design, and brand are owned by Digidoers India Private Limited and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian IP laws. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse our brand.

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without permission on the platform, email support@coachverge.com with details and we'll investigate promptly.

What's not allowed

The following are prohibited for all users:

  • Uploading illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • Infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Selling or promoting illegal substances or unauthorised pharmaceuticals.
  • Any content that exploits or harms minors.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
  • Creating fake accounts, reviews, or impersonating others.
  • Circumventing our payment or revenue share systems.

Zero tolerance: Content involving child exploitation, fraud, or illegal activity will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities. No warnings.

Cancellation & termination

You can leave any time. Close your account from settings or email support@coachverge.com. We will handle account closure and data retention according to our Privacy Policy and any legal, billing, backup, or security obligations.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay after multiple retries. For non-severe breaches, we'll generally contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.

Our liability

We provide Coachverge on an "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for your content, the results your members experience, or how you run your coaching business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000 INR, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the DPDP Act, 2023.

If you have a dispute with us, please email support@coachverge.com first — we'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

International users retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections under their local law that cannot be overridden by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect and show a notice in your dashboard. Continuing to use Coachverge after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If you disagree with a change, you can close your account before it takes effect.
