We recommend the Grow plan for most coaches. It includes smart analytics, personalized member feeds, community feed and chats, increased storage, and priority email support. Choose Launch if you only need the core membership platform, or Pro if you want your own apps included, AI-based search and a dedicated support manager. Not sure? Ultimate is scoped around your business: API and webhook access, a dedicated dev team, and features built to your requirements. Pricing depends on the scope, so tell us what you need and we will come back with a plan and a quote.
Commission is a percentage of each sale: Launch 7.5%, Grow 5.5%, Pro 3.5%, and Ultimate 0%. Commission is calculated on the sale amount before GST and deducted automatically from each payment. When you use CoachVerge's payment gateway, payment-processing fees are charged separately. Commission applies from your first sale, including while the Launch platform fee is waived. The founding-coach discount applies to the base platform fee.
No. There is no setup fee on any plan. Migration is scoped separately: full migration is included with annual Grow or Pro; other plans are quoted before you start. Founding coaches receive full migration on any plan.
We will prompt you to upgrade, and you have 30 days to do it. Your members are never locked out.
Yes. Your app is published under your own accounts, so it carries your name in the stores. Apple charges $99 a year and Google a one-time $25. A business Apple account needs a D-U-N-S number, which can take a couple of weeks to get. We handle the store submission and updates for you.
Yes. Pro and Ultimate include your branded iOS and Android apps. On Launch and Grow you can add them at any time for ₹4,999/month in India (+18% GST) or $99 USD/month globally. The app add-on is billed monthly, including when your Grow plan is billed annually.
Yes. You can cancel your plan anytime.
